1 John 4:19–5:4“God first loved us.”
In our hearts, we have this momentum from God’s love to evangelize people and encourage them to embrace God’s love.
Luke 4:14–22a
Jesus unrolled the scroll and found the passage of the prophet Isaiah, where it was written: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring glad tidings.”
The Holy Spirit is Good News, and this Good News is Jesus, and it is for humanity, for every person. This is what Jesus came to proclaim to us.
