The Substack.com account Pelican Plus will fall apart before long. It's a combination of several other Substack accounts.
One likes the Luminous Mysteries, another wants the Theology of the Body. One will approve of Newman as a Doctor of the Church, another won't. One will approve of the New Catechism, another won't. This is going to be a failure... - except there is lots of many involved keeping it togeter.
Seems reminiscent of Church Militant/ Real Catholic TV under (Gary) Michael Voris. He too bashed other conservative Catholic media outlets as "sell outs' and holding up his operation as THE only trustworthy source for courageous Catholic reportage. He even aspired to take on other conservative news outlets such as the Daily Wire. Everyone knows how THAT turned out! What hubris!
They just want money.... for their opinion. Why don't they make an own website but rely on an enemy of Big Tech?
